Do you provide a call out service?
Yes, we provide a call out service and our normal working hours are 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 17:00 on weekends.
Can you provide a quote for a bathroom renovation?
Yes, we can offer you a free quotation on any of our services as we provide our customers with complete transparency!
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Exeter however we travel to the surrounding areas which include Crediton, Cullompton, Newton Abbot, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Honiton and Tiverton.
Can you provide a fitting service if I buy my bathroom suite elsewhere?
Yes, we can fit your new bathroom if you purchase the products from your preferred suppliers. However, we also work with a number of reputable manufacturers and can provide you with a huge variety of products and materials to choose from if you require our help.
Will I have a toilet in service when you renovate my bathroom?
If there is only one toilet in the property and we are renovating your bathroom, we will ensure you always have access to a working toilet.
Do I need to contact any external tradespeople myself?
No, we have many contacts in the industry to provide you with full project management. We can contact electricians, plasterers, tilers and any other professionals needed to complete the job. Furthermore, if you have a preferred tradesperson that you would like to use for your project, we are happy to liaise with them.
