Carl always does his best for customers, making sure that you do not spend unnecessarily. He respects property, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Carl of CK is ACE as a person and plumber. I can highly recommend Carl and asked him again for his help when I wanted to update my kitchen and bathroom. Carl helped me choose fittings and he sent multi pictures via email which made it so easy for me to choose. He messaged me his arrival times and arrived on the dot. I was so pleased with the results which were perfect and so well finished. He had also fitted a new shower head with an easy height adjuster which I appreciated as an elderly woman. All old fittings were taken away and the kitchen and bathroom were left spotless. Carl is so dependable, helpful and friendly. Thank you again Carl.

Carl replaced some very old bath taps for me. Not an easy job but he managed to do it despite a cramped working area. He is reliable, responds to calls promptly and cheerfully and seems to be someone who wants to do a professional job at a reasonable price. I shall certainly call him again for any plumbing jobs and will recommend him to my friends and neighbours.

Carl changed a stiff tap (hidden single-mix type) with a new exposed thermostatic one for our ensuite shower. He is skilful and did a nice job to install the new tap. He sourced the tap and closely matching tiles and included all material and labour charges in one fixed price. Definitely like to call him again if I have other plumbing job.

Carl was so swift to assess the problem with our mains water pipe which had been poorly installed last year by another contractor. His knowledge and contacts with South West Water made the whole process simple. He was very efficient and tidy when carrying out the work and helped with the administration side too. I highly recommend this service!

Excellent service all round. I called Carl and he came out to price re-fitting my whole bathroom. He had other tradesmen who he recommended for the tiling, electrics and a plasterer. I contacted all of those other trades and they also gave very reasonable quotes. What impressed me was how Carl seamlessly project managed the whole project from start to finish, getting all the other tradesmen in when required throughout the refit. His work is great and he is a pleasure to have in your home working. Carl was very sensitive to our family's sudden crisis when our dog was taken unwell in the middle of the job. he was very discreet and allowed us the time we needed.
